Terms of Service

Rentdura is a software tool for tracking property portfolios, analysing deals, collecting rent, scheduling maintenance and producing reports. It is not a real estate brokerage, and it is not legal, tax or financial advice. Figures it produces are estimates based on what you enter.

Consultancy packages booked through this site are a separate service provided by Fayah EL Rayyes, a real estate salesperson registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario through Right at Home Realty, a RECO-registered brokerage.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

You own the property, tenant, vendor and transaction data you enter. We store it to provide the service to you, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine learning models. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and where it is held.

Where you enter information about a tenant or an applicant, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for handling it in line with Ontario and Canadian privacy law.

Do not use Rentdura to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or interfere with anyone else’s access to it.

Consultancy packages are appointment-based services subject to the scheduling and cancellation terms given at the time of booking. Nothing on this site is an offer to trade in real estate; any such offer is made only through the appropriate brokerage documentation.

Rentdura is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations, projections or reports the application produces — always verify a figure before it informs a real decision.

To the extent the law permits, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.
