Can you manage the property for me?
For a small number of properties in Mississauga and the western GTA, yes. Full service at 5% of the monthly rent, contractor work at cost with no markup, and the same books open to you the whole time. Everywhere else, the software is yours to run yourself.
Do I have to change banks?
No. Rentdura records and reconciles against the account you already use.
Can I get my data out?
Any time, as CSV or PDF. Your records are yours.
Is it really built for Ontario?
The tax categories follow the T776, the notices are the current LTB forms, management fees carry HST correctly, and residency declarations are handled for non-resident owners. It was built here, for here.
